26 (1) A person designated as a representative, substitute or observer in a representation agreement is not entitled to be paid to perform his or her duties as a representative or observer, unless (c) the adult knows that the representation agreement, amendment or revocation of one of the provisions means that the agent can make decisions about the adult; 8.
