The licensee is solely responsible for all advertising costs related to the distribution of the software. PandaTip: As a software owner, you are entitled to royalties for the software sold by your distributor. This model lists royalties at a rate of 20%, but you can change the language if your royalty percentage is higher or lower. The licensee pays royalties for this software on the 15th of each month during the duration of the software distribution agreement. If other parties are admitted as additional negotiators, these parties are bound by the terms of this software distribution agreement. The licensee remains responsible for all support requirements arising from the sale of the software. This includes all upgrades, changes or extensions made to the software during the duration of the agreement. VI. GRANT OF RIGHTSIn the development of a distribution agreement, the granting of rights is the most important part in the presentation of the scope of licenses granted by the software developer to the distributor. There are several distribution levels that require different rights for parties in the distribution chain, as shown below. The licensee does not grant its distribution right to another party without the prior written authorization of the licensee. The licensee was able to maintain and operate the entire software that is linked to this software distribution agreement for the duration of the agreement. PandaTip: In this section of the model, it is stipulated that your company agrees to provide training and support to the distributor`s sales team. In addition, you agree to provide after-sales support for the software. A global license is made available to the licensee for the distribution, advertising and marketing of the software covered by this software distribution agreement. The following software is subject to this Agreement: The licensee retains full ownership of all intellectual property rights related to the distributed software. This includes all updates, symbols, copyrighted images and documents as part of this software distribution agreement.

If the software cannot be returned to the owner for any reason, it will be destroyed within 10 days of termination.
