Prior to the first publication date, the licensee and the licensee enter into a trust agreement attached to this software distribution agreement. VI. GRANT OF RIGHTSIn the development of a distribution agreement, the granting of rights is the most important part in the presentation of the scope of licenses granted by the software developer to the distributor.
